Reservations About Reservations?

One of the dominant forces behind writing this blog was to create a deeper understanding and forge a more meaningful relationship with those of you who choose to grace us with your presence. After all, we do enter into a relationship with you the minute you step across the threshold of our door. Yes, I did use the word relationship. We are in the presence of each other, we are communicating and we are taking care of you, and in turn you are taking care of us by treating us with respect, care and dignity. A healthy relationship requires clear and mindful communication without reservation. But, we suggest you have reservations when it pertains to dining. By making a reservation you are assisting us with time management, inventory management and efficiency.
I am not only speaking of Out of the Fire. All full service restaurants appreciate those of you that make reservations and we thank you! We will absolutely accommodate those of you that decide, on a whim that you would like to join us. We always hold a few seats for that very reason, as a matter of fact most restaurants will, but keep in mind, there is limited capacity particularly on those busy weekend nights. It is always a good idea to make a reservation to guarantee a table at your preferred hour of dining. If you are someone that prefers to make a reservation online please take note that most restaurants don’t have all of their availability on the reservation platform. If your preferred dining time is not available online ALWAYS call the restaurant. A majority of the time you will be surprised to find out that there is a table available.
A reservation is important for many reasons, even if it is a short notice dining decision. It is beneficial to you to make a reservation since it removes the stress of uncertainty as to whether or not a table will be available . Reservations are important, not only because you are guaranteed a table, but it also assists the restaurant in managing preparations for the day, managing the timing of food coming out of the kitchen, maintaining prompt and efficient service, and I could go on, but you get the picture. We take great pride in what we do and you are obviously a major part of the equation.
Another important consideration is being prompt for a reservation. If you are running late please call us to inform us of your estimated time of arrival. Be mindful that we allow plenty of time for a relaxed dining experience, but if you are running behind it may cut into the amount of time you have to enjoy and relax since the table may be reserved after your reserved dining time. We will inform you in a mindful and direct manner if your reservation has time constraints.
Reminder, we are in a relationship (big smiling toothy grin) and please do not have reservations about making a reservation. We hope to see you soon and we always look forward to taking care of you!
