Make your own pizzas at home with our neopolitan pizza dough.  Makes one 12" pizza.  Our new naturally levened sourdough recipe is a 76% hydration dough that is fermented for a minimum of 48 hours.  The lower protein all purpose flour creates a more tender crust that is easier to chew than the high protein 00 flours from Italy. ****Toppings not included
