Our house-made beet dip is one of the featured dips on our Meze platter served at both lunch and dinner. The beets are roasted and blended with the ingredients listed below to create a brightly colored velvety smooth dip.
This dip can also be used on its own and used with other root vegetables like carrots, radish, onion. It can also accompany greens like arugula, cabbage, celery, scallions, cucumber, fennel, endive, spinach and avocado.
