Lavender conjures up vivid purple fields blanketing the high plateaus of Provence during July and August. The blossoms, stems and leaves of this versatile herb can all be used in cooking and baking. Lavender is a nice addition to créme brulée and chocolate cake.
We currently offer a lavender-honey butter to accompany the pastry basket at brunch. Brunch is served every Sunday from 11:00am to 2:30pm. We hope to see you soon.
